Q: Who manages my caller database?
A: Once you establish a new account with MLScodes.com, you will receive your MLScodes.com site login. After you login you can view caller information, set property details, manage your leads database online 24/7, send out mobile text messages, and even export your caller data instantly!
Q: Is this service limited to the clients with SMS and Web-enabled phone capabilities?
A: Yes and No. The system will record caller information from any incoming phone call (mobile or landline w/ valid caller ID). But only phones with text messaging and web browsing capabilities will receive the auto reply instant text message with your property details.
Q: How do I know someone has called in on my MLS codes?
A: You can check incoming call records via your online account. You will also receive an automatic email and sms message notifying you within minutes of an incoming call once you register your account online.
Q: What if I have more than 10 listings; can I add more codes to my account?
A: Yes. You can add additional listings for $10/month. ALSO, ask us for special bulk rates too!
